, a structure found in the original

Starcraft

, now not only teleports in new troops - it can now teleport them across the battlefield.

Release Date for StarCraft 2

October 1 2008

Thats the date folks, mark it down on your calendar.   GameStop is accepting pre-orders with a release date set at October 1 2008.  The retail price for the game is set at $49.99, also according to Gamestop.

Preordering right now might be a mistake, the game could be delayed further or just unreleased.  I would wait until an official announcement comes as this is all speculation.
